The third step is to take out the original cardboard backing from the selected picture frame and replacing it with some solid material such as plastic, linoleum or a corrugated cardboard which would serve a firm backing for your metal sheet. Carefully open the wooden or steel frame around the picture and insert the backing material along with the metal sheet behind the selected picture. Once you are done with it, put the frame back in its place.
The fourth step is to find a good location to hang or stick your magnetic message board. The best place is the one which you come across frequently to serve the purpose of conveying your message.
Now your message board is set to be used for conveying n number of messages. Find a readymade set of magnetic alphabets to stick on the message board and some funky magnetic objects such as birds, animals, themes which would be always on the board along with any message in order to make it catchy.
